Pride Walk Downtown
Let the flags fly! We will meet at Sunflower and Friends (119 W Walnut St) and walk around the square, ending at Gaslight Baker Theatre (216 S Main St)
Queer Q&A
A diverse panel of queer folks will answer appropriate questions and tell their stories.

Worst Christmas Party Ever: HoliGay Fiasco
We are teaming up with Lockhart Arts and Craft in conjunction with their annual Worst Christmas Party Ever! AND it’s on Friday the 13th!!!
We will ask for a donation at the door to benefit Pride of Caldwell County in effort to bring more fun events to the community.
Some of the fun at this party will include: Worst Drag Show Ever, Worst Tarot Reading Ever, Worst DJ Ever, Friday the 13th shenanigans

NO OUTSIDE DRINKS ALLOWED (Drinks for purchase only. The estabilishment offers many NA options as well as a full bar)

Whew! What a week! Come join us at Load Off Fanny’s for a finale you won’t forget! The kitchen will be closed but the bar will be open for non-alcoholic drinks as well as beer and wine/cider selections. We will have POTLUCK ALL DAY so bring your faves and share with all your friends! Vendors will be on site as well. If you would like to be a vendor, contact us at prideofcaldwellcounty@gmail.com.

Pride Walk
SHOW YOUR PRIDE! Meet at Sunflower and Friends (119 W. Walnut St) and we’ll make a route around the square in downtown to fly our flags and recognize queer friendly businesses!

After Party!
Keep the party going (after the Pro Drag Show at GBT) over at Lockhart Arts and Craft! They will be staying open until 2am for us to hang out :) The bar is within easy walking distance from the theater.

Professional Drag Show
Come enjoy a spectacular show at Gaslight Baker Theatre after the Pre-Drag Hangout at Best Little Wine and Books! Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase at the theater. Beer and wine available by donation (the theatre cannot tell you this but we can!!!)
FREE ADMISSION but you will have more fun if you TIP THE PERFORMERS!
Performers include: Brigitte Bandit, Calor, Johnny Jimstone, Scarlett Ribbons, and the 2024 winner of the Drag Talent Contest!

Come hang with us at Best Little Wine and Books and get in the mood for the Pro Drag Show! There is also a little poké shop in the back (Poké In The Rear) if you need a bite to eat to keep ya going! This is within easy walking distance to the theater for the drag show :)

Pride Week 2024 continues as we see amateur drag performers compete for The Crown of Lockhart at Gaslight Baker Theatre! Winner receives a crown, sash, and cash prize so sign up if you’re interested in competing :)

Queer Q&A
Have questions about the queer community or queer experience? Join us at Lockhart Arts and Craft as part of Pride Week 2024! We will have a panel to answer some questions. You will have the opportunity to write a question on a card anonymously and we will have the panel address as many as we can during the evening.

PFLAG Meet & Greet
PFLAG is the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. Come get to know about our new Lockhart Chapter of PFLAG! The board of directors will be at Load Off Fanny’s to get the word out about what to expect and upcoming activities planned. Parents and allies are encouraged to attend.
Light refreshments and drinks will be available. (Fanny’s kitchen will be closed)

Youth Social
We will take over Commerce Hall (above Commerce Cafe) for the youth social at 6pm to keep Pride Week 2024 going. There will be food and non-alcoholic drinks available as well as a selection of games, crafts, and door prizes! There will be a movie playing as well. Bring your friends, see old friends, and meet new ones!
**Youth and young adults under age 21 are welcome!

Rocky Horror Picture Show
Please join us for our Pride Week 2024 opening event at Gaslight Baker Theatre! We will start with a little floor show to get us all pumped up and will then view the full movie with interaction from the audience (as desired). Movie related costumes are encouraged!

Join us for an evening of fun, dancing, and celebration of love of all kinds! Tickets $10 at the door. Light refreshments served. Masks optional. Celebrate loving yourself or your partner! Lockhart Arts and Craft

Valentine Pet Portraits
Lisa Hause Photography is snapping portraits at Mr. Brown’s Pet Stop for your special pet for Valentine’s Day! Make a cash donation of $25 per photo and proceeds will be donated to Pride of Caldwell County to continue to provide queer friendly events in Caldwell County.

HalloQueer Costume Party
Join us for a fabulous costume party at Tank Town! Of course there will be a costume contest so get ready! Light snacks will be available and drinks will be for sale. A food truck will be on site as well. Suggested donation $5

Community Evening Walk
Meet at City Park Pool parking lot at 6:15 pm and we will start the walk promptly at 6:30 pm for a stroll through the park. Friendly dogs on leash are welcome to join as well.

Monthy Social
We’re super excited to have our Monthly Social for October at Lockhart Arts and Craft during their Friday the 13th party! It’s gonna be so fun! Music, tarot, flash tattoos, and more!

Planning Meeting
Join us for our monthly planning meeting! New faces always welcome! We are meeting at Load Off Fanny’s but the kitchen will be closed so bring a snack if you like. The main objective for this meeting is planning the details for the Halloween costume party. 👻

Goods Exchange
Start cleaning out your closets, kitchen cabinets, linens, garage, attic, etc NOW! On the big day, bring your gently used items (no furniture please) to the event at Lockhart Arts and Craft and exchange for some other cool stuff. Anything left at the end of the event will be donated to HCWC

Evening Walk
Meet at 7:15 at Lockhart Junior High in the teacher’s parking lot on Maple St and start walking at 7:30 sharp! We walk on the sidewalk down Maple St to San Jacinto St and back. Friendly dogs welcome (on leash).
